Best Noon and Amazon Marketplace Agencies in the Middle East

A marketplace agency runs your noon and Amazon seller accounts for you: listings, ads, stock and account health. Pick one that already sells in your categories on Amazon.ae, Amazon.sa and noon, then trial it for three months. Below are 13 independently researched agencies and programmes serving Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Key takeaways
  • Hire an agency when the account needs daily work you can't staff: listings, ads, stock and account health.
  • Pick the agency type that matches your gap. Full-service teams run everything, specialists fix one thing (ads, Arabic listings, fulfilment).
  • Published prices range from about USD 100 a month for ad management to fixed fees plus a sales commission for full management.
  • Keep the seller account, ad accounts and content in your own name. The agency gets user access, nothing more.
  • Start with a three-month trial and agree KPIs (sales, ad cost, account health) before day one.

Selling on noon and Amazon in the Gulf is a big opportunity. Running the accounts well is a full-time job.

The upside? Far fewer advertisers bid on each keyword than in the US or EU, so sellers report reaching page one faster.

Listings need Arabic and English versions. Ads need tuning every week. Stock has to reach FBA and FBN warehouses on time for Ramadan and White Friday.

That's where a marketplace agency comes in. It runs the account for you, and a good one has done it for brands like yours before.

You'll find 13 independently researched agencies and programmes below, plus the agency types, real published prices, the questions to ask and a six-step way to choose. It's part of our directory of GCC service providers.

When do you need a marketplace agency?

You need one when your account needs daily work that nobody on your team has time or skills for. That usually means listings, ads, stock planning and account health.

Think of an agency as a hired marketplace team. You keep the brand and the stock. They run the storefront.

You'll get the most from an agency when:

  • You're launching on a new marketplace. Amazon.sa, Amazon.ae and noon each have their own setup, categories and approvals.
  • Your ads burn money. Ad cost per sale is high, and it isn't clear which keywords pay.
  • Your Arabic listings are weak. Many Gulf shoppers search in Arabic, and machine translation rarely ranks well.
  • You sell on both noon and Amazon. Two dashboards, two fee tables and two sets of deal deadlines double the work.
  • Account health is slipping. Late shipments, cancellations or a suspended listing need fast, experienced fixes.

Do you always need one? No.

If you sell a handful of products on one marketplace, you can learn it yourself. Our step-by-step guides on how to sell on noon and how to sell on Amazon in the Gulf cover the setup.

Which type of marketplace agency fits your business?

GCC sellers pick from five types of provider. Each one fills a different gap.

Here's a simple rule of thumb:

  • No marketplace team at all? Start with a GCC full-service agency.
  • A team that needs help with one thing? Hire a specialist.
  • Already big on Amazon elsewhere? Ask your current agency whether it runs the Gulf stores, then compare it with a local one.

Marketplace agencies serving Saudi Arabia and the UAE

The agencies and programmes below were independently researched. They aren't ranked, and the order isn't a recommendation.

On each card, the "Best for" line is our summary of where the company fits. The bullet points are what the company says about itself, or what others have reported.

How do you use the list? Find your type in the table above, then pick two or three cards that match it. Check whether each one names noon, Amazon.sa or Amazon.ae, because few run all three.

How do you choose a marketplace agency in 6 steps?

Start with your own gap, not with the agency's pitch. Once you know what you need done, the right shortlist is short.

  1. 1

    Write down the job

Which marketplaces (Amazon.ae, Amazon.sa, noon UAE, noon KSA), how many products, and what you'll keep in-house. Launch, ads only or full management are very different quotes.

  2. 2

    Shortlist three agencies

Use the cards above, Amazon's SPN directory in Seller Central and referrals from other sellers. Include at least one Gulf-based team.

  3. 3

    Verify each one

Check the SPN listing yourself inside Seller Central, the trade licence and the office address. Ask for two client references in your category.

  4. 4

Test their skill on your account

Ask each agency to critique one of your listings and walk you through a redacted search-term report from a client. You'll learn more than from any sales deck.

  5. 5

    Compare the same scope

Send identical questions and ask for a written scope, price and notice period. Compare total cost as a share of the sales the agency will touch.

  6. 6

    Run a three-month trial

Agree three or four KPIs up front: sales, ad cost of sale, Arabic listings live and account health. Review them every month, and compare their CPCs with category peers in Amazon Ads benchmark reports.

How do marketplace agencies charge?

Most agencies quote after a free audit, so prices aren't public. A few GCC providers do publish them, and they give you a useful benchmark.

Pricing modelHow it worksWhat to watch
Monthly retainerA fixed fee for an agreed scopeGet the scope in writing: listings, ad hours, reports
Fixed fee plus commissionA base fee plus a share of salesWhich sales count, and is there a cap?
Percentage of ad spendA share of what you spend on adsIt rewards spending more, not selling more
Per projectLaunch, listing rewrite or catalogue uploadWhat "done" means, and how many revisions
Amazon Selling Partner 360A fixed fee plus a small share of sales, paid to AmazonAdvice only: you still do the work

Here's what some providers publish:

  • Ecomclips lists Amazon ad management from USD 100 a month.
  • BrandStory says its Amazon and noon listing SEO runs AED 3,500–12,000 a month, with larger catalogues quoted higher.
  • Nasam advertises full management from SAR 1,500 a month plus a 2–7% commission, with no commission on the first SAR 10,000 of monthly sales.
  • Amazon SP360 costs AED 2,200 a month plus 0.3% of last month's sales, capped at AED 6,060. The minimum term is six months.

Your ad budget is always extra. Sellers on Amazon.sa report CPCs (cost per click) of about SAR 2–4 in electronics and SAR 1–2.5 in home goods.

Worked example: what does management cost at SAR 100,000 a month?

Say your brand sells SAR 100,000 a month. Here's what two published price models would cost you:

OptionCalculationMonthly costShare of sales
Fixed fee plus commission (Nasam, Amazon.sa and noon KSA)SAR 1,500 + 2–7% of SAR 90,000 (the first SAR 10,000 is commission-free)SAR 3,300–7,8003.3–7.8%
Amazon SP360 (Amazon.ae only)AED 2,200 + 0.3% of AED 97,900 (SAR 100,000 converted)AED 2,494, about SAR 2,5502.5%

SP360 looks cheaper, but it's advice only. Amazon's consultant tells you what to fix, and your team still does the work.

It also covers Amazon.ae alone, so your noon store gets no help at all.

So the fair comparison is agency fee against agency fee plus the salary of whoever executes. Try your margins on each marketplace first, so you know how much management you can afford:

What should you ask before you sign?

Ask every agency on your shortlist the same questions. Clear, written answers are a good sign.

Questions to ask a marketplace agency
0%

Agency, freelancer, in-house hire or SP360?

An agency isn't the only way to get the work done. Gulf sellers usually weigh four options.

OptionBest forTrade-off
FreelancerA small catalogue or one task, such as listing uploadsOne person, so no cover for holidays or peak season
In-house account managerBrands with steady volume that want full controlSalary, training and the risk of a key person leaving
AgencyTwo or more marketplaces, real ad budgets, Arabic contentMonthly fee, and you depend on their team quality
Amazon SP360Established Amazon.ae sellers with a team that executesAdvice only, Amazon only, six-month minimum

Many growing brands end up with a mix. An in-house manager owns the relationship and stock, and an agency runs ads and Arabic content.

Saudi Arabia or the UAE: what changes for your agency?

Ask any agency whether it has run accounts in your target country. The marketplaces look similar, but the rules and shoppers differ.

Saudi Arabia is the bigger market, and Arabic search matters even more here. Look for an agency that writes Saudi-friendly Arabic listings for Amazon.sa and noon KSA.

  • noon asks Saudi sellers for a CR (commercial registration) and VAT registration. Freelance certificates are no longer accepted for new sellers.
  • VAT is 15%, so check that your agency prices and reports with VAT included.
  • Riyadh agencies such as Nasam and TrendStream often add Trendyol, Salla or Google and social ads.

See our Saudi marketplace agency list.

Notes for Chinese sellers

  • Look for China offices. Enablers such as AnyMind list offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hangzhou alongside Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
  • Check the programme first. noon Global Shipping lets China-based sellers reach six Gulf countries without a Gulf licence or VAT.
  • Ask about Arabic content. Most Chinese catalogues arrive in English or Chinese only. Catalogue specialists such as Tarjama localise at scale.
  • Confirm the importer. Amazon won't act as importer of record for FBA stock, so you or a partner must.

The full route is in our guide to selling in Saudi Arabia from China.

Notes for brands and vendors

  • Protect the brand first. Ask the agency to set up Brand Registry and check for copycat listings before scaling ads.
  • Claim the incentives. Amazon offers new brands up to 5% back on early branded sales. It also gives launch ad credits of up to SAR 3,500.
  • Vendor accounts are different. If you sell wholesale to Amazon or noon, ask whether the agency handles purchase orders.
  • Fashion needs extra care. noon charges 27% on apparel, so ad budgets and pricing need tight control.

It can do the setup work, but the account must be in your name. noon asks for a UAE trade licence or a Saudi CR (commercial registration), and Amazon checks your own ID and business documents. Agencies speed up the paperwork, listings and first ads, so you go live faster.
